Yu Rolls Out Update With Major Bug Fixes For Yuphoria

Company also hints about an update for Yureka which is currently in the works.

 

Micromax sub brand Yu has finally announced the roll out of its new update for the recently launched Yu Yuphoria which is expected to reach the users in 2 or 3 weeks.

Speaking about the update, it is based on Cyanogen OS 12 identified as YNG1TBS2P2 and is 38 MB in its size.

The update is said to bring with it a host of bug fixes for most of the glitches that have been found out by many.

Going in depth on this, the camera performance was found to be below par which the company has said to be fixed by the update.

Also, the proximity sensor is said to have been tweaked with a patch that auto calibrates every time the phone reboots.

Along with this, the new update is expected to bring in a more responsive touch, better typing experience and an improved dialler.

However, speaking about the arrival of the update to its users, it is being said that, since this is a gradual OTA update, it is expected to reach all smartphones in 2 or 3 weeks.

Also, the current announcement hints about an update for YUREKA which is in the works now.
