Intex Aqua Star 2 HD Launched At Rs 6,590

The device is similar to Aqua Star 2 except the HD resolution display that comes with it.

 

Intex has come up with a new pocket friendly smartphone under its popular Aqua-series in India at Rs 6,590.

Named as the Aqua Star 2 HD, the smartphone comes with specifications similar to those which are pretty much common nowadays.

The device sports a 5 inch IPS display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP front facing camera.

Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the dual SIM smartphone comes pre loaded with games and apps and also supports 21 regional Indian languages.

However, it is worth noting that, the home-grown mobile manufacturer's new device is almost similar to its recently launched Aqua series device named as the Aqua Star 2.

Both the devices come with similar specifications except that the Aqua Star 2 HD has a higher resolution display of 1280 x 720 ppi.

On the connectivity front, the Intex Aqua Star II HD offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.

The smartphone packs a 2000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time, and up to 250 hours of standby time. It measures 142x71.5x8.95mm and will be available in Champagne, Silver, White, and Grey colours.
