Huawei Honor 4X And 6 Plus Hit Indian Shores

The Honor 6 Plus comes with a much-hyped bionic camera.

 

Huawei has come up with two new smartphones - Huawei Honor 6 Plus priced at Rs.26,499 and Honor 4X at Rs.10,499.

Honor 6 Plus comes in as the successor of the Honor 6 which is currently being sold in India.

While Honor 6 Plus is expected to be available on Flipkart from April, the Honor 4X has been announced to be available for pre-order starting from today (March 24) from 4PM until March 29 midnight.

For now, the Honor 4X is set to be sold through a flash sale on March 30 at 2PM.

Coming to the specifications of the smartphones, the Honor 6 Plus comes with a HiSilicon Kirin 925 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 8MP bionic camera, 8MP front-facing camera and 3600mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Honor 4X is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core 64-bit processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 3000mAh battery.

Although both the smartphones are entirely different in their specifications, they both do have the same 5.5-inch HD display and also run on Android KitKat wrapped under EMUI 3.0.

Also, We can recall that both the phones were first unveiled in China back in December last year.

During the launch, the company announced that both the smartphones will come with a free screen replacement offer that's valid for the first month and also 'app gifts' worth Rs.14,000 from Hungama, Yatra and other services.

Huawei has also promised during the launch that both the smartphones will receive monthly OTA updates for six months, followed by quarterly OTA updates.
