Developer Outfit7 launches My Talking Tom, the sequel to its popular pet sim cat.

 

Developer Outfit7 has rolled out My Talking Tom app on all major smartphone platforms. For those not in the know, the new software is the successor of the insanely popular Talking Tom that clocked in 1.2 billion downloads. And what could have been a better day to launch this app other than the Children's Day?

My Talking Tom is a pet simulation game for kids. It starts off with a kitten that you're supposed to look after and watch him grow. According to the developer, the app boasts a set of real-time 3D animations to achieve the level of interaction. Tom can express anger, happiness, and boredom. To experience that you can poke, feed, and even knock-down the poor cat. Then there are options to decorate his house and add props. In short, it's very much like Microsoft's Kinectimals.
