HTC One Mini Acts Pricey, Flaunts Its Rs 37,300 Price Tag

A smaller and watered-down version of company’s current flagship HTC One.

Thanks to rising dollar prices, October is turning out to be the worst month to purchase a smartphone. If you aren't already heart-broken by Lumia 1020's 50k price tag, HTC is sure to upset you by slapping a Rs 37,300 tag on its One Mini. The One Mini shares its design with the original One. It offers a sleek aluminium body with front-facing speakers. It has a dual-core Snapdragon 400 chipset clocked at 1.4 Ghz. The 4.3" display comes with pixel dimensions of 720x1280. In the photography department, you get 4 ultrapixel camera sans (OIS) Optical Image Stabilisation found in the HTC One. Other features include 16 GB of internal storage (lacks microSD card slot), 1 GB RAM, 1.6 megapixel front-facing camera, Beats audio enhancement, 1800 mAh Li-Polymer battery, and Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). After spending some time with the device during the launch event, and we were quite impressed by what this phone had to offer. Unfortunately, however good the phone is, the 'One' just can't justify its price tag.
