Spice Unveils 5" Stellar Horizon Pro Mi-505 For Rs 8500

The Android 4.0 handset features a dual-core processor, 5 megapixel camera, and dual-SIM functionality.

Domestic manufacturer Spice, has added the Stellar Horizon Pro Mi-505 to its portfolio of Android devices. As its name suggest, the phone is a successor to the Stellar Horizon Mi-500. It's a dual-SIM handset that runs Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box. According to a press release, the Mi-505 is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and has 512 MB of RAM. For photography there's a 5 megapixel rear camera, with dual-LED flash to keep it company. Internal storage is of 4 GB and there's microSD card support as well. Apart from this, there's the usual set of features including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, A-GPS, and 2100 mAh battery.

The Stellar Horizon Pro Mi-505 is priced at Rs 8500, and comes with a free leather cover and scratch guard worth Rs 500. Despite these freebies though, I think this dual-core phone is going to be a hard sell, considering that you can pick up the quad-core Intex Aqua Wonder and Karbonn Titanium S1 for a premium of Rs 1000.
