Alcatel One Touch Scribe Easy Now Available In India

The smartphone is priced at Rs 12,000 approximately, and comes with a dedicated touch pen.

 

Alcatel One Touch Scribe Easy 800D, running Android 4.1 is now available in India at a price of Rs 12,090. This smartphone had been launched during this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC), and its USP is a dedicated touch pen, similar to that of the Samsung GALAXY Note series. The handset is now available on Snapdeal.com. The Alcatel One Touch Scribe Easy packs in a 5" display, and is driven by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. It comes twin cameras and supports 3G connectivity. Its specs include:

  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
  • Dual DIM (GSM+GSM).

The devices ships with a magnetic flip cover, and claims to be "splash-proof". It is in the same class as the recently-launched Zen Ultrafone 701 HD ( with a quad-core processor), and Micromax's A116 Canvas HD.
