Nimbuzz Rolls Out Messaging App For Windows Phone 8

Already available on WP7.5, the new app offers Live Tile and Lock Screen support.

 

Popular Instant Messaging Service Nimbuzz has rolled out its Windows Phone 8 app with features such as Live Tile and Lock Screen support. You can download the app from Windows Phone Marketplace or the official Nimbuzz website.

As per a blog post, the Nimbuzz Windows app offers:

  • Availability in various languages such as Hindi, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic.
  • Content-based Live Tiles and Locked Screen Notifications.
  • Resizable Windows Phone 8 Live Tiles support, which lets users to choose the preferred home screen display size.
  • Live Tiles will periodically flip over to show a segment of the content so a user can decide to immediately to respond, to join a chat group, or check out a conversation view later.
