Lenovo S5 Pro GT Comes With A Dual Front And Rear Cameras

Lenovo launched a bunch of smartphones today across a wide price range. The Lenovo S5 Pro GT is the cheapest of the lot and falls in the lower mid-range category. It doesn’t get any glass build but has a robust metal unibody. It sports a 6.18-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a big notch to accommodate the dual selfie cameras, IR sensor and earpiece. The rear comprises of the vertically stacked dual rear camera setup and the fingerprint sensor.

Moving on to the photography prowess, it comes equipped with a 20-megapixel f/1.8 aperture rear primary camera coupled with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 2x optical zoom. The dual selfie shooter at the front comes equipped with a 20-megapixel Sony IMX476 sensor coupled with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor which does duties of depth sensing, 3D lighting, and face recognition.



The Lenovo S5 Pro GT lives up to its ‘GT’ moniker as it is powered by the Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, which handles heavy gaming duties well. It comes with 4 GB RAM / 6 GB RAM coupled with 64 GB internal storage or 6 GB RAM + 128 GB internal memory variants to choose from. The hybrid card slot can gobble up to 256 GB memory card if need arises.
 
Other features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Dual band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C and Bluetooth v5.0. The 3500 mAh battery underneath its hood keeps the lights on for the device and makes use of the fast charging tech. It runs on ZUI 10 based on Android Oreo 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.
 
The Lenovo S5 Pro GT comes in Black, Blue and Gold colours. It is available for pre order and goes on sale in China from December 24. Prices start at 1198 Yuan (Rs 12,500 approx.) for the 4 GB/ 64 GB variant and goes up to 1498 Yuan (Rs 15,500) for the top spec 6 GB/ 128 GB variant.
