IFA 2018: Motorola Announces Two Android One Smartphones

The duo doesn't seem to offer anything out of ordinary.

 

Under Lenovo, Motorola has introduced two Android One smartphones. Named Motorola One and Motorola One Power, these handsets offer ideal Android experience in the mid-range segment.
 
With Android One, both Motorola One and Motorola One Power will receive two updates to the latest Android OS. The company promises monthly security patch updates for three years. The Motorola one family will also be among the first to upgrade to Android 9 Pie soon after launch.

 
First up, the Motorola One sports a 5.9" HD + screen with 19:9 aspect ratio. The is based on Snapdragon 625 chipset. It offers 4 GB, 64 GB internal storage, and expandable storage up to 128 GB with microSD card. The Motorola One sports a dual camera setup comprising of 13 MP + 2 MP sensors.
 
The Motorola one will roll out to Europe and Asia Pacific in coming months. It will be priced at around 299 euros.
 
The Motorola One Power comes with a 6.2-inch Full HD + display. This handset is powered by a slightly more powerful Snapdragon 636 chipset. You get 3 GB and 4 GB RAM variants.
 
The Motorola Power gets dual camera too. It combines 16 MP + 5 MP sensors. For selfies, there's a 12 MP front-facing camera. The phone packs-in a 5000 mAh battery. There's no information regarding its price as of now.
