FiiO Launches 2 Triple Driver Hybrid In-Ear Monitors In India

The F9 comes with detachable cable design while the F9 SE doesn’t support it.

 

Audio company FiiO has announced the launch of its 2 new Triple Driver Hybrid In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) in India dubbed as the F9 and F9 SE priced at Rs 8,990 and Rs 7,990 respectively. Both models are now available for purchase via our official website www.fiio.co.in or at leading online and retail stores.

The F9 utilizes a hybrid design in which each channel is composed of one dynamic and two balanced armature (BA) drivers. It also comes with the standard MMCX connector for its interchangeable cables, and comes standard with both 2.5mm balanced and 3.5mmm single-ended cables. The ripple-like lens on the F9 not only give it a unique touch, but also serve to ensure structural strength; over-the-ear design for an enjoyable experience.

On the other hand, the F9 SE comes with some small changes such as non-detachable sans in-line controls single-ended cable and 3.5mm L-type plug.

However, technically speaking, both these variants are almost similar to each other. Both feature 1 dynamic and 2 balanced armature drivers, 15 Hz - 40 kHz frequency response, 106 dB/mW sensitivity, 28 Ohms Impedance, and 1.2 metre length cord. Both these earphones also weigh around 3.76 grams per unit and are available in Black and Red color options.
