Here’s What You Need To Know About Essential PH-1 Smartphone

The smartphone is now available for pre-orders in the USA for $ 699.

 

Andy Rubin, the big name responsible for something astonishing, called as, Android, recently unveiled his new smartphone known as the Essential PH-1, which comes with an edge-to-edge display, ceramic back, and Titanium material body.

It comes with a 5.7 inch QHD display with an aspect ration of 19:10 and Gorilla Glass 5 on top of it. Also, it features a Snapdragon 835 oct-core processor coupled with 4 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

On the camera end, the device sports an 8 MP front facing camera sensor with 4K 30 fps support, and on the back end, we can see a dual 13 MP camera module. The device is backed by a 3,040 mAh battery and supports WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, NFC, fingerprint, and USB Type C. However, on a sad note, the phone seems to be lacking a 3.5 mm audio jack.

While Andy Rubin revealed the phone a couple of days ago itself, it is worth noting that the phone is finally up for pre-orders in the USA for a price of $ 699. This roughly translates to Rs 44,900. Users also get an option to purchase a 360 - camera which can be attached with this device for $50, which is approximately Rs 3,200.
