Vivo Launches V5 Plus IPL Special Edition Model In India

The limited edition model gets an IPL logo engraved on the rear panel.

 

With IPL 2017’s first match held today, Vivo has launched the IPL Limited Edition model of its Vivo V5 Plus smartphone, available for purchase starting from April 10.

The Limited Edition model will go on sale via Flipkart, retail stores, and Vivo-exclusive stores. It is being said that the company will be announcing the price tag at the time of its availability for purchase.

Having said that, the Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition Viogets its special flavour with Matte Black option and the IPL logo engraved on the rear panel.

Technically speaking, the rest of the specifications are expected to be similar to the original model that was launched in January for Rs 27,980.  It features 5.5 inch FHD display, 2.0 GHz octa core Snapdragon 625 processor, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM, Bluetooth, GPS, 3,055 may battery, fingerprint scanner, and 4G LTE.

However, the device’s main feature is its dual front camera setup that sports a 20 MP sensor and another 8 MP sensor which captures depth-of-field information. On the rear panel, the device sports a 16 MP sensor with LED Flash as well.
