Gionee A1 Set To Launch In India Today

The smartphone was earlier unveiled at MWC 2017 alongside its big brother, Gionee A1 Plus.

 

Chinese smartphone company Gionee is all set to launch its smartphone Gionee A1 in India, at an event in New Delhi. To remind you, the Gionee A1 was originally unveiled by the company during the MWC 2017 event alongside its big brother Gionee A1 Plus.

In-fact, these are claimed to be the first set of devices coming out of the company’s new A-Series of smartphones, which are targeted towards offering better battery life.

To recall, the event at MWC 2017 showcased Gionee A1’s technical specifications which include a massive 4,010 mAh battery, claimed to be sporting the new 18W ‘ultrafast charging’ which is capable of charging the batteries completely in just two hours.

Along with this, the new A-Series of smartphones by Gionee are also being touted for their selfie camera. Speaking on this line, the Gionee A1 features a 16 MP front facing camera, along with a 13 MP rear camera.

Other specifications include a 5.5 inch FHD AMOLED capacitive touch screen display, a MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB internal storage. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, microUSB, GPS, and FM Radio. Sensors include a fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, proximity, and compass.
