Xiaomi Mi 6 May Come In 3 Variants

Of all the 3 variants, the one with MediaTek processor looks to be pretty affordable.

Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi’s much anticipated smartphone Mi 6 is expected to be launched this year, and we all know it. Now, there are some new leaks that are topping up the rumour mills and according to them, the upcoming smartphone may be seen in three variants.

While one variant will be powered by MediaTek processor, the other two will be having Snapdragon’s latest processor under the hood. And guess what, we may see the smartphone being unveiled at MWC 2017, while the shipping may begin in April.

Speaking about the new rumour that hints at three different variants of Mi 6, it was first reported by GizChina in a post, explaining about their processors. Accordingly, the one with MediaTek Helio X30 processor will come with a price tag of CNY 1,999, while the second variant which comes with Snapdragon 835 SoC may be priced at around CNY 2,499.

Finally, the third variant, which also sports the same Snapdragon processor, may come with a dual-edged curved display. And, the price tag for this would be around CNY 2,999. Having said this, the Xiaomi Mi 6 with MediaTek processor looks to be the most affordable of them all.

Apart from this, the Xiaomi Mi 6, as reported earlier, may come with a 4 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM, while another variant known as Mi 6 Pro may also be launched with a 6 GB RAM and 256 GB Storage. However, the biggest highlight as of now is expected to be the dual-rear camera setup.
