Nokia Launches Two Phones With Just Basic Features

Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM do not even offer Internet access to its users.

Nokia is once again in the news. Yes, this time, its not a rumour about its upcoming Android smartphone, but the launch of two feature phones, dubbed as Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM. However, these two feature phones have been launched much early than they were actually expected.

Surprisingly, these two Nokia feature phones come with very basic specifications, and in-fact they lack Internet connectivity support at all. Both the feature phones come with an MP3 Player, FM Radio, Bluetooth, VGA camera with LED Flash, and not much interesting out here.

These phones definitely remind us of the Nokia phone era that existed around 7 - 8 years ago, when Symbian and Java operating systems ruled the market.

Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM phones are expected to come with price tags around USD 26, which roughly translates around INR 1,800. These phones come with a battery life of up to 22 hours, and are pre-loaded with aSnake Xenzia game.

Having said everything, a phone without Internet access; can it even survive in this era where even LED bulbs are going smarter and connected over the cloud? Only time can answer!
