Lenovo Launches Phab 2 In India For Rs 12,000

The handset features a 6.4-inch HD screen and 4050 mAh battery.

The Lenovo Phab 2 has finally gone on sale in India. It will be available for purchase from 9th of December for Rs 12,000. As its name suggests, the Phab 2 is more of a tablet than a phone. If you are looking for a phone that fits in your pocket, the Phab 2 is not for you.

The handset features a 6.4-inch HD screen. This brings you the screen pixel density of 230 PPI. While I generally don't care about the numbers much, we all know that anything less than 300 PPI is going to cause pixelation. The Phab 2 is powered by MediaTek's MT8735 chipset. The phone has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB RAM. There's also a hybrid slot to further expand the storage, if you don't wish to use the secondary SIM. In the camera department, you get a 13-megapixel camera. For selfies, there's a 5-megapixel front-facing camera too. The handset supports 4G VoLTE network, which means that it is fully compatible with Reliance Jio.

Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS. The phone comes with Dolby Atmos with 5.1 Dolby Audio capture using an array of microphones. The 6.4-inch phone draws power from a 4050 mAh battery.
