Swipe Launches Elite 2 Plus At INR 4,444

Though the smartphone is clearly reachable to many budget on-lookers, it lacks an impressive specifications when compared with other smartphones.

 

Indian smartphone company Swipe Technologies has recently launches its new smartphone with 4G VoLTE support at a price tag of INR 4,444. Dubbed as the Swipe Elite 2 Plus, the dual SIM smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and can be purchased via e-commerce portal Flipkart.

Speaking about the technical specifications, Swipe Elite 2 Plus comes with a 5 inch FWVGA display, while it is powered by a quad core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The processor is clocked at 1.5 GHz.

In the camera department, the smartphone offers a 5 MP rear camera and 2 MP front facing camera, which is pretty low when compared to other smartphones that were recently launched under INR 4,000 price range.

The Swipe Elite 2 Plus also features a 2,500 mAh battery, along with a 3.5 mm headphone jack and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. The smartphone is available for purchase in Charcoal Black ad Ivory White colours.

Comparing the specifications of Swipe Elite 2 Plus with other smartphones by Swipe, we are clearly able to see a decline in the positioning of the price tags, though specifications look to go on a toss when compared with other smartphones including those by Lyf brand.
