Sony Announces MDR-1000X Hi-Res Wireless Headphone

The headphone comes with Personal NC Optimiser, Quick Attention, and Ambient Sound Mode.

 

Sony has recently announced a new noise cancelling headphones that come with a couple of personalised features such as Personal NC Optimiser, Quick Attention, and Ambient Sound Mode. The new headphones are also capable of reproducing high-resolution audio.

According to a recently released report by Sony, the 1000X's in-built 'Personal NC Optimiser' function allows users to tailor the noise cancelling features according to their needs, and also the 'Quick Attention' mode lets users to automatically lower the volume levels by just placing the palm on the outside of the headphone ear cup. This feature in-fact allows users to be aware of the surroundings without removing their headphones.

Also, the report claims that these are the first headphones with the DSEE HX built in to upscale compressed music from any source to near High-Resolution Audio sound quality, even in wireless mode.

Having said this, the new 1000X headphones is a wireless headphone with Bluetooth technology. And, the 1000X comes in black color scheme along with a durable leather case, and available for purchase in select Sony centres across India at INR 30,990.
