MSI has announced its latest VR220 YA edition Notebooks that are dressed in attractive summer shades to entice the senses. These new Notebooks offer a welcome departure from the standard black color and now sport fluorescent shades of Denim Blue, Coral Pink and WASABI green.

It's no slouch in performance either, being powered by an Intel Pentium Dual core/Celeron processor, card reader, 802.11g WLAN and a DVD burner.
The body is designed with a lightweight magnesium alloy casing and includes a 12 inch screen. On the software front we have MSI's ECO Engine system providing many power saving modes when you need to conserve energy.

The integrated 1.3 mega pixel webcam allows you to perform some basic video chats or conferencing or create some YouTube videos. There's also a DTV receiver that allows you to record TV programs right on to your Notebook. This ones really going to cause a stir in the market once its launched here.
