Let's check how this player compares to many known MP3 players available in the market.
2 GB, Good sound quality, Great build, Good screen, Good interface, Neat navigation, USB 2.0, Picture slideshow, Custom backgrounds, Excellent battery life.
Custom USB connector, No voice recorder, No FM receiver, No video playback, Slightly expensive.
Performance
The player being a Samsung, I was expecting good sound quality but it surpassed my expectations with the crispiness of the music playback. The player has quality playback at par with the likes of MobiBlu and the iAudio. There are standard equalizer presets: Normal, Rock, R & B, House, Dance, Jazz, Classical, and Ballad. There are also these odd settings: 3D-Club, 3D-Stage, and 3D-Studio if you aren't satisfied with the 7 presets. The player lacks custom equalizer setting; it really wasn't needed with 10 settings to choose from though custom settings are always a good addition. There are the usual shuffle and replay functions as well.
i have samsung yepp t5h it's door broke in just 2 month of purching it line in recording is very poor!!!!!!

i just bought samsung i-pod, its look is good but sound has little more bass rather than treble and it also lacks in user equiliser, so in my point of view customer should also consider creative player before buying samsung.

Better than IPod? You must be daydreaming. Ipod rocks. This Samsung player design seems a straight lift of Ipod!

I think it will be better then iPod, bocs i already use a Yepp Mp3 Player & it has BEST audio quality

you obviously haven't used certain players by creative, and btw, it is a known fact that ipod isn't the best when it comes to sound. (obviously i am keeping the price in mind, else leave alone high end companies, even a decent pair of canalphones can make a huge difference in sound)
