anything wit a 3.5mm jack can be connected to the D2. cowon doesnt have an internationl warranty policy therefore we wont be able to cover your product even if it is under warranty. Cowon d2 -4gb price is now Rs. 12,000 and 2gb is Rs. 10,000

Shailendra, the best way to test any players audio quality is to test it/hear it yourself..If you haven?t heard iaudio players then I would request you to go to either the Croma showrooms in juhu/malad for a demo, you can compare it to all the other models available. When there, try playing around with the ?jet-effect? and mach3 bass function on the players. Or you can visit the ongoing 'mp3 mela' at the Xplore lounge in lamington road and compare with other models there too. Thirdly, you may also check the reviews in Living Digital, Computer Active, PC world etc. and read their comments on D2?s ?audio quality?. In fact you can check out the audio quality of any of our models, and I can promise you that you wont be disappointed.! If you are interested in more technical details then you must visit our cowonglobal website and read up on the BBE MP (sound compression technology)which the iAudio players incorporate.

dude the cowon products are definitely better than the ipod .and in this player the touchscreen and video quality if far more better. Just import it frm the US if u want it cheaper. And ppl who can afford this player will defn buy it for its awesome sound quality (the ipods totally suck at this!!!!)

hi Rahul, the price point that you have mentioned is not correct. Its not for 18k, but much lower. Secondly, if you are in Mumbai I would request you to go to Xplore, Lamington road and check out the demo for your self. You will also get to see other models also. Besides this I would also request you to check out the reviews done in other popular magazines like PC World, Computer Active, Living Digital etc. iAudio players are very high on sound quality, features, battery life to name a few. There are additional features such as FM, FM recording, Voice Recording, TV Out, Line in, 55hrs battery life, expandable memory etc. which other popular brands don?t. D2 is a flash player and not a hdd, for people who have already bought the player kindly upgrade your firmware from the website which has the additional feature of a touch screen notepad. hey rahul let me tell u somethin, i have both ipod video and cowon D2 4GB, when i compare these two, apple ipod doesnt even come closer to D2 except price of ipod is cheaper, feature wise D2 is the best,my god it can convert any type of format to xvid for watchin movies. It has another feature called FLAC( FREE LOSSLESS AUDIO CODEC) wherein u can increase the bit rate of any song and output clarity will be much better, it has got FM recording again u can set the bit rate for this too, voice recording, line in recording and many many features which i ever dreamt of. Even though u get 30GB ipod for some 18K how many can u watch in a day. D2 with 8GB can store minimum of 10movies in xvid format.Dude even i used to say ipod is the best till date, but after the arrival of D2 i think ipod guys should take a look at this cool gadget. Defenitely its ipod killer hats off to cowon company for makin such a nice product.Anything u want to ask bout this product call me on +91-9986698094.
