Zebronics Air Gear

Zebronics Air Gear

Here's a different approach to make music players more portable.

Loud, Battery life, Wireless, Average quality music, Cost-effective.

Tacky, Doesn’t fold, Limited space, USB 1.1 interface.

Design and features

The Air Gear is remarkably light at just a couple of grams. On the right side are the play/pause and power buttons for easy access, and you're never left fumbling trying to find them. Just above these are the forward and back buttons, which also serve as volume controls when held down.

Clicking the buttons results in forward/back and the system seems to work well. It's slightly annoying that there was no way to skip further ahead into a song but the controls are decent. A circular blue LED blinks when the headset is in operation or charging. The headband is flexible laterally but its length is fixed and this might feel odd for some users if it does not fit them right.

The Air Gear can only play MP3's and WMA's, and there s not so much as an equalizer in sight. One feature that would've really been a saving grace is a radio, but it lacks that as well.

Battery life

Surprisingly this lasted slightly longer than the stated 8 hours, considering much of this was on the highest volume, which is insanely loud, this is quite impressive.

Well, though without wires i wonder how weird it would be to reach for your ear side every time u want to skip track or increase/decrease volume.. A remote here would'v been gr6.

A remote? How lazy are you that you can't lift your hand up to your head?
