Today we take a look at the XFX 8200. Let's find out how it will fare against the board from Zotac.
Heat pipe cooling, Debug LED, External CMOS button, Dual Bios , Good Performance.
Pricey for a micro ATX board.
NVIDIA's 8200 chipset seems to be faring quite well against AMD's 780G offering, which for a long time has been ruling the onboard graphics department. The last motherboard we tested was from Zotac and even though it gave a strong performance, it didn't have anything special to offer. Also, the layout was kind of awkward.
Today we have a similar motherboard based on the same chipset and this time it's from one of the big guns - XFX. The XFX 8200 looks pretty promising with its fancy heat pipe cooler for the Southbridge and even a diagnostic L.E.D in the back.
It certainly looks good but can it perform as well? I guess we'll know that soon enough. Now let's look at the specifications and the bundle.

Nice review. Looking forward for the prices to come down a little though. Atleast in the 4k range.
