can't believe that there is no authorised location from where a user can download the driver of the modem. I fail to understand how such things are planned. This crap is useless as far as i am using it, u cant chat gets disconnected all the time . I am going to change it with broadband connection on which atleast i can make voice and video calls. It take ages just to open pages of facebook or orkut.

i bought tata's surf n plug two months back. i have no problem with speed but the main problem which i am facing is that pictures and graphics get blurred and put lots of strain to eyes. firstly i thought there must be prob with my hp laptop but i was wrong coz when i went to show hp serving center they just told me that you are not the first customer who has this problem . he connected my laptop via broadband and to my surprise everything was so crystal clear. so please let us know how 2 rectify this problem? deepak

If you are using speed+, change those settings. It could be because of this software. It increased the speed by reducing the quality of images

hey..after opening the internet explorrer, goto tools,then internet options, then browsing history in general tab. and finally delete the cookies, temporary internet files. and after you do all this, open the speed+ and select image instead of speed. in speed it compensates wid the image quality. hope u find this beneficial. n hey do refresh after u complete the whole procedure.c ya

hello, fnd ! tata`s 1x usb modem(cdma) always dosen`t work for balance checking via epi valley menu. 100 out of 1 time it would get success.. So better way put the SIM in any of your fnds tata indicom mobile, type ball then sms to 012527.

Hi, Yes it is feasible but you will have to go to the USB Dongle Service Centre and upgrade the software. In fact I have this USB Data Card unfortunately it didn't worked so I believed it won't work fortunately I got another connection of TATA Indicome which didn't work when I contacted Customer Care they gave me the Service Centre No. since I had lost the Warantty Card of this Dongle I had to pay Rs. 140 as Service Fee and they updated the software. Just curious I tried BSNL Card and it worked.

"The speeds for this device are pathetic!! absolutely horrible". This is a very mild comment!!!!! Even a dail-up from a normal BSNL line is 10 times faster and you will get un-interupted service. I am rather surprised that a reputed company like TATA can fall to such a pathetic service standard. Shame on you - techies of TATA INDICOM!!!!!!!!

the service which provided by your device is extremly poorer always giving 721 error very poor access speed it is just totally wastage of your money.don,t launch such type of product which decrease your credit in comparison to ohter company products.
