A successor to the W300i is overdue; can the W380i take over
Good sound, Tactile keypad, Multitasking, Bluetooth 2.0 (A2DP), Touch buttons, EDGE.
Poor camera, Gesture control takes time getting used to.
The W300i from Sony Ericsson was the first of the 300 series of Walkman phones from Sony Ericsson. The phone was perfectly priced for the Indian market and had its basics right in place, making it a popular choice. As time passed, the W300i saw a drop in prices and now seeks a worthy replacement. Sony Ericsson has just released two new phones in the 300 series over the past three months - the W380i and the W350i. Today we have the W380i, released earlier than the W350i, which is expected to hit the market soon. The Sony Ericsson W380i is one of the very few chick phones I've seen from Sony Ericsson. But has Sony Ericsson got it right once again with both pricing and features? Let's check it out.

The Sony Ericsson W380i sells for Rs. 7,895 with a one-year warranty. For the features it offers, the pricing is spot-on.
