Taiwan-based Silicon Power is a rising name in the storage media business and they manufacture a wide array of storage devices. From PC memory, to memory cards, to USB Flash storage, portable hard drives to SSDs - you name it and Silicon Power manufactures them all. Amongst their USB Flash drives, they have some products which are manufactured from a very practical point of view and are meant to give the consumer a good value for their money. The Silicon Power Ultima II I-Series 8 GB drive we have received is one such USB Flash drive. Let us find out how it performs.
The Ultima II I-Series drives come attractively packed in boxes as shown above. The flash drive comes with no bundle. If Silicon Power would have provided a USB extension cable, it would have allowed you to plug it into a rear USB port without the need to reach to the back of your PC. Also, a lanyard would have made it easier to keep track of the drive.
