We recently had a look at ear-canal headphones from Sennheiser -- the CX 400. The earphones were one of the best I've ever enjoyed both in terms of comfort and performance. There was an alarming factor about them, though -- their price. They were priced over 3.5k which made them quite expensive. Today, we've a standard pair of earphones from Sennheiser -- the MX 560. There is also a sport version of the same, which comes with a lanyard neck strap so that you can comfortably work out without bothering about them. The MX560 earphones are for your daily use; however, they are no ordinary earphones as they come from the Sennheiser stable and claim an overall good music experience with their "Basswind" technology.

to me sennheiser povides better sound quality then sony but its true that you will have to pay much more to get them.ofcourse quality is always priced high.
