Although the Sennheiser MX560 earphones sport an ordinary look, they are pretty stylish and can make a style statement if noticed closely. The earphones are available in three color options -- black, silver, and red. They have a glossy finish which not only looks good but also makes the earphones move smoothly over skin. They also have chrome running vertically.
The cable of the earphones is similar to that of the CX400. The cable is of very good quality and doesn't chafe the skin when it's around your neck. The other good thing about the cable is that it doesn't entangle easily, which makes it wearable immediately after you take it out from the pouch. The cable of the earphones is of ideal length -- enough to use with any portable audio devices. The supplied earpads are soft and provide additional comfort. A lot of people use earphones without the earpads; this tells on the quality of the sound. The earpads of the MX560 filter noise in addition to clearing the surrounding noise.

to me sennheiser povides better sound quality then sony but its true that you will have to pay much more to get them.ofcourse quality is always priced high.
