The first Savage game was highly appreciated by gamers, although technically it was flawed. The idea of playing a hybrid mix of RTS and FPS gave many gamers hopes for a new genre, but the passion soon died due to limited gameplay options.

This time around, S2 GAMES has created a much bigger and better version of Savage, while keeping the basic gameplay similar to the first game. The new game, Savage 2, is out as a direct download from the official website. It allows you to play for 5 hours online after which you can buy the full version pas-code online from their website.

I got a demo account to try out the game, and saw the various changes. The game is much better than before and in fact, is worth the wait. It looks much better, plays much smoother, and adds a lot of new elements too. The downloaded version offers free LAN play as well, so you can download this game for your LAN parties. Read on to know more about the game and its new features.
