The Samsung NV15 is a good-looking and stylish digicam that gives just about average quality images

Design and build, soft Touch Interface, features, Macro mode

Average image quality, High noise content, LCD washes out in bright sunlit conditions

At ISO settings of 800 and beyond, the images are not usable at all. Which is really bad for a 10 MP that is looking to share shelf space with Canon, Sony and the likes.

Unfortunately it suffers from poor image quality, with significant levels of noise at all ISO settings, better options available. Samsung has just not been able to do well in camera business as yet. Camera biz is still personal fief of Japanese brands Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Nikon.

You are damn right. Samsung has just not been able to do well in camera business as yet. Camera biz is still personal fief of Japanese brands Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Nikon.
