Build and Design
The Palm Centro is a slim handset -- slim in terms of width, not thickness. There's a large touchscreen and a full QWERTY keypad; the two are separated by a simple set of navigational keys supported by a 5-way D-Pad, which has a chrome rectangular ring that gives the phone a touch of class. The keys of the QWERTY pad feel good to the touch, but are not the most ergonomic. The navigational keys see a bit of problem as well -- the calling keys get pressed a bit too easily.
In terms of build quality, the phone doesn't feel as strong as the Palm Treo 750. The Centro is more of plastic and gloss. The curved edges and smooth body initially feel good, but the grip on the handset is affected. The rest of the phone's layout is as in the image below.
Interface
The Palm Centro uses Palm OS 5.4.9. The OS is old; it has been around from the time of the Treo 680, but is still fast. You get 64 MB of internal user memory and a memory card slot, which supports up to 4 GB of memory, but with no memory bundled, that's going to be some additional expense.
The Centro has lots of software pre-installed apart from the standard software. The standard software includes e-mail, Explorer (internal memory), Files (external memory), Google Maps, HotSync (PC/Online Synchronization), Memos, Pocket Tunes (pTunes), Voice Memo, Tasks, and Web Blazer. The additional software that comes installed is Documents, Vox (Flickr & blogging program), IM+ (needs registration), Sudoku, and SolitaireM (trial).

i think u r nokia dealer coz nobody in the world will say what you said. you are comparing pda device with your normal nokia device. mr. just use your device for e-mails. just connect your device with the microsoft exchange server or ibm lotus notes then you will realise how bad your device is. i don't think you have ever used any pda device. anywayz

I am using the e 62 which I think is much better than this thing, with better battery, bigger screen (although lower on resolution than this ) and lots of free and crk software available, no camera (better than good-for-nothin 1.3 Mp),plus I get the symbian os which is the best os out there for mobile, all this for 9300 only(no I am not sellin , I am just tellin that I bought it for rs9300)
