8800GT Specifications

The Core clock in the 8800GT is tagged to run at 600 (MHz) with the Shaders running at 1500 MHz. With the G92, Nvidia returns to the power of binary with its 256-bit memory interface (as opposed to the 320-bit memory of the G80). The card has 512 MB of DDR3 memory running at 900 MHz.

The 8800GT card itself looks like a shaved down version of the 8800GTS (or GTX for that matter). It's slim and has a single slot design. The card requires external power and sports 2 DVI-D ports and a S-Video port at the back. The pictures below will tell you a better story.

please go for the Branded cards like leadtek , asus and gigabyte , msi, rest every is not upto the mark.

This pradeep guy is really a big bloodsucker.I have been to his shop in Chennai and he will always try to push stagnating products down your throat or try to sell you products by quoting some flashy technical terms even he does not understands. Guys, please be aware of him, he is on hell of a sleazy business man. Beware! you have been warned.

We are Using NX8800GT , MSi Realy this card is Exelent performer. and i am full suttisfied that caard. i recomend the people , u use that card , and feel the diffrence .

Lol why don't you guys test this card with the latest games.Coz what I have heard is all the cards till date are brought down to their knees by the game "Crysis".So buying this card for the future is useless.

yeah but dont worry... crysis is unique... not many games for the near future is goin to be like Crysis. Unless someone buys the license for the very expensive engine... so this card still makes sense...

tessalation is a feature which will increase the importance of unified shareder[uns] concept with only few of [uns] the hdr,antianalising,texture,etc will perform good but nvidia donot have this feature but ati has and guyz price tag of 15000 is tooo much for this card for more details post comment here only i ans

Please provide a contact information where this product can be purchased from. The Nvidia India site's "buy" link redirects to Indian distributors who sell only third party cards based on the Nvidia chips. I am looking for this card originally manufactured by Nvidia.

price is too high... atleast for buyers like me. and rich can buy bcoz future nvidia cards are going to launch which are in 9xxx series.. so using this card for just 2 to 3 months doesnt have imp.. its better to buy 9xxx series card

this review is pathetic, u guyz didn't mention about how hot it gets when its OCed, and its a good OCer too, as karim said nvidia should have gone with dual slot cooler for this. OMG, G92 is know as 8800GT, rofl, where do u guyz keep ur brain while writing the review. for its price , this card rocks :)

a. G92 is not called 8800gt. g92 is just the gpu. the card is the 8800gt. g92 is going to be put on the gts later, maybe q1 2008. also this card is not a poor overclocker. i have two of these and without oc, i can do 15000 3d marks. but with oc i can breach a stable 18000. the only catch is their largely vented thin form cooling is not oc favorable. attach the card to a liquid cooled setup u can easily oc like mad.
