Symbian OS, Navi Wheel, Varied connectivity features, GPS, Good battery life, Good music playback capabilities.
Poor build quality, GPS takes too long to position, Unexplained restarting of the phone at times.
The Nokia N78 is the latest in the N-Series to grace our lab and it has definitely created hype among those who love the N-Series phones. Boasting a number of connectivity options - GPS and Nokia Maps, Series 60 version 3 feature pack 2 and the quality that we have come to expect of Nokia's premier series - it is definitely set to impress.
Incidentally, it is only the third N-Series phone to boast of an inbuilt GPS module and the first to have the Feature Pack 2, which promised a range of improvements, so this was a phone that Nokia fans would definitely look out for.
Bundle
The n78 has fm transmitter built in but it has been disabled (or removed) in the indian edition because our government considers it illegal to operate radio transmitters without a license. That being said I wonder what our govn. is going to do about all the chinese fm transmitters available in almost all electronic shops and car accessories shops in india. Even intex has an fm transmitter product EUP-802 FM Modulator. I wonder what broadcasting license they have got for it.

The whole commenting system is full of losers and pathetic ignoramus fools who keep asking stupid questions like, 'i want information where to buy', 'please sell me this now' and so on.. as if they are in some shop! Please do us all a favour and kindly take your damn questions to any e-retailers like gadgets.in, shopmania, storeguru, rediffshopping, indiatimes shopping, yantra, indiavarta... there are plenty of them.

sachin what John says is right. there are two versions of the N78, one with the FM transmitter and one without. The one without is meant for those countries where FM broadcasting requires a license. Sadly India is in that list and Nokia in keeping with the laws of the land, has removed the FM broadcasting feature from the version sold here. For company, you can look to the citizens of france, greece, hongkong, ireland and italy.
