RAZR V3i was already doing so well as regards to style, even then designers DOLCE & GABBANA (DG) have redesigned it. Let's have a look at the make over.

The RAZR V3i DG was marketed as a razor blade by the designers, like the name of the phone suggests. One of them stood with the phone pointing at the other designer who had a scar across the cheek. Now, this wasn't the best way of advertisement but it did give the release more popularity, now it would appeal to both genders than the ones that just favor gold. The goldness of the phone can't be spoken of and so at the end of the article we will have a separate page full of pictures to relish your eyes with (especially the females.)

Same problem here! I cant't even recieve or send messages, forget about the calls! And the phone's keypad keeps blinking like an airport's information board's light!!! And its only 9 months old. Even worse, 9/10 of the service centers in the city are closed/ facing server error/ under renovation.

Mohit..do some survey dear. 9 on 10 6270 is problematic ..so much so that the new ones are now commin with 1 GB memory...if you can relate ..no other phone had more than 64 MB or 128 MB micro mini transflash mmc etc type of card (regular v3i had 256) still nokia plans to upgrade the 512 card with a 1 GB one....here is the catch - if you want to see ov curz. i don't think so nokia mobiles sound is better in comparison of Sony Ericcson or Motorola. Nokia can never make sound like Sony or Motorola. for Example just comparison L6,L7 with any nokia mobile in case of sound & you will see the difference dear.

go to message main menu scroll to 'message in box' press menu key again , scroll down to 'message setup',press select. scroll to 'text message set up ' press select . in the new menu it will show u 'store to phone , sim' in that option select phone . press 'done' then select auto clean function and enter 999 . i think one thousand messages is a lot ......to store on a phone.

The V3i has excellent sound quality and in terms of style it has no peer.. with so much going for the phone i just cant understand why moto havent upgraded it with a 2 MP cam!! the days of 1.3 MP cams are over.. If moto come up with an upgraded V3i (and I'm not talking abt the KRZR) with 2+MP cam and a more flashy UI, its gonna be a world beater.

Review is nice. But the Motorola cell phones are not that great. Their looks are excellent specially razor's. But features even does not stand a chance to get rated agianst from makers like Samsung & Nokia.

This is a wonderful review, but being a MotoRazr D&G user, I would beg to differ on some of the aspects covered in the review. Firstly the handling. Its said that motorolas are tough to make your way around, but I guess these are the Nokia users who make the statement. Please do not compare a phone to yours, while writing the review. I have always used motorolas, from the T191 to the D&G, and I find them very usable. How do you compare the Sony Ericssion, which does not have a cancel button, but has a delete button in place. And for the ardent Nokia fans who boast of the Symbian OS based Nokia (especially N series), let me tell you, try reachin 80 percent memory with the recommended SD card and see the perfomance of the phone. 96% chances are it would hang. I have a 1Gb mini SD for my D &G and the card is quite full, but I see no drop in the perfomance.

I agree. You say the moto ui sucks, try using the moto ui for a month or so. Then try going back to your nokia uis and see the difference. And dude we dont have performance drops i think because we use non-symbian phones... For all the features of symbian o/s, i'd live without it if i can live without its horrid sluggishness

The inbuilt memory and the memory card offered for such a cost is very much low. Even Lg cell (c2500) only for 5500 has inbuilt memory for 64 mb.
