Media Bank

Media Bank

A hard-drive enclosure that also gives an audio-visual treat

TV connectivity, support for DivX/XviD formats, remote control, straightforward interface

Expensive, no built-in support for SATA drives, average data transfer rates

Design

The Media Bank ME-747AP's main component is the 3.5-inch enclosure, which is like the ring-master of the show. From one angle, it resembles an over-sized hip-flask. The shiny black body looks pretty decent. It can be kept in the horizontal as well as vertical position. It is pretty sturdy and the hard disk fits securely once screwed to the internal chassis.

The casing can fit into a standard-sized desktop hard disk.

The front side bears the power button, four-way navigation keys, a menu, an OK key, and finally an IR receiver (for the remote control). A fan grille sits below these.

Herein lie the USB connectivity port, the one-touch copy button, the audio and video ports, and a power supply port.

gr8 concept zero success future price is just too high i'd take a dvd player with usb support any day over this but still very usefull concept like u said will be good if it add the new and current age features rather than clinging to old and outdated technology
