    Lian-Li Armorsuit PC-P50R

Roydon Cerejo, Mar 01, 2010 1029 hrs IST

Is this chassis better than its older brother?

Full aluminium construction, true tool less design, spacious interiors, good cooling

Expensive, not a full tower case

Today, we have yet another gaming chassis from Lian-Li and this time, it's from its premium line of cabinets. The all aluminum PC-P50R is a special AMD edition chassis with plenty of red motif all over. The pre-installed high performance red LED fans go very well with the whole theme of the chassis. A lot of features make a comeback from Lian-Li Lancool series apart from some nifty new additions, which we'll get into later on.

The first Lian Li cabinet, called the Lancool PC-K62, that rolled into our labs was really impressive. Aimed at the gamer on a 'budget', this was the first case we saw that had a true tool-less design, almost everything is powder coated including the thumb screws and a unique and easy-to-use PSU retention bracket. Now, with a larger price tag attached to the Armorsuit chassis, will it be able to justify that? Let's find out.

  • Why would you prefer buying an iPod Touch over an iPhone?
  • I don't, iPod Touch is redundant when you can buy good media phones

It is cheaper/It's better value for money

I don't want to drain my phone's battery for entertainment
