No eSata and Firewire. How about Biostar TA690G AM2 and TF 7050 M2 and Gigabyte GA-Ma69GM-S2H ?

Hi Arun, Biostar is ultra nice board manufacturer..never had complaints with their products...previous sold by Priya International..very stable and lots of overclocking (advanced overclocking program in BIOS), installed one with 4800+ X2 and it's singing..Do buy memory module pairs of any single brand with max memory 4gb on this board, 4dimms dual channel nvidia! Good for XP32 and 64-bit both. Vista ready too. Somehow Abacus guys are not very aggressive in selling these in channels. The boards are so good that they are sold before they reach retails...waiting for their Pentium-nvidia boards..containers must have reached the ports by now...:) This is off topic but sellers please note... Viewsonic has screwed-up their reputation by selling damn faulty 17" and 19" LCDs in recent past...worst thing expect repair replacements in 3months. RT Outsourcing guys hook up the phone lines....

good choice for a person who wants a low cost board or for htpc. That is one thing I love about AMD-overclocking or not, they make sure there are great boards on great prices

Just wait till X-mas and you will get to see AM2+ MBs on the shelves. They wont be way costly either and will support AM2 processors also... Worth the wait.

Hi, I have a Biostar TF 7050 - M2 and my problem is that i buy 2 modules Supertalent of 2Gb each one. In the web page of Biostar they said that the mother support 8Gb of memory but in the manual that come with the mother it said that support a maximum of 4Gb. One for each slot. If someone can help please!!!!!!!! If someone test these mother with modules of 2Gb.
