The HTC Touch PDA Phone received numerous accolades due to its innovative touch-based navigation system, which didn't require the user to pull out the stylus while performing regular tasks. Riding on its success, the Touch range of phones currently spans three models. Today I'm taking its second iteration, the HTC Touch Dual, for a spin.
The Bundle
-- HTC Touch Dual Phone with Battery
-- 1 GB microSD card
-- USB data cable
-- Battery charger
-- Headset with microphone
-- Extra stylus
-- Software CD
-- Manual
-- Soft cover
A pretty good package
Specifications
The HTC Touch (not this one, the HTC Touch Dual) has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g support for high-speed internet access. Surprisingly, HTC has removed it from the Touch Dual. This is probably due to the fact that the phone has high-speed HSDPA support. But in a country where there's no 3G yet, the fastest mode of access one would have to use on this phone is EDGE (which isn't that fast).
I have the HTC Touch (2 months). Sluggish performance, too expensive, lots of problems with Active Sync, poor camera quality, but size is decent.
