Since buying the older 8800 GTS (320/640 MB) didn't seem like a sane choice post November, Nvidia launched a new G92-based 8800 GTS. Check it out

Good build, Good performance, Silent operation.

Dual slot, Poor overclocker, Quite Expensive.

The launch of the G92-based 8800 GT has had a huge impact on the gaming scene as well as on the Nvidia's Geforce 8 series lineup. The 8800GT performs better than most G80-based cards, which is evident from our review of the card. It is definitely a better Value-For-Money option than the G80-based 8800GTS (640/320 MB).

Since buying the older 8800 GTS (320/640 MB) didn't seem like a sane choice post November, Nvidia launched a higher-end version of the 8800 GT -- the 8800 GTS (now powered by the G92).

Specifications

The new 8800 GTS sports the G92 GPU with 128 stream processors (16 more as compared to the 8800 GT) and 64 texture address and texture filtering lines.

In the specs ,I think you should alsoinclude power consumption . It will ease users to decide what PSU and Case one should go for while buying such an expensive card . As obviously the one who buys high end cards irrespective of warranties couple , would like to house the card in better casing and with adequate power.

Now that GeForce 8800GTS (G92) are hitting $ 275 price point-( Rs. 11k in USA) this is hopelessly over priced. Better deal is MSI 512 GT overclocked- with 2 games for 13k.
