In today's routine life, there is that one rare moment that stands out and makes you take notice, a beautiful sunset, an old song, kids playing cricket in your own background, a bright red Ferrari with an engine that roars as it zooms past you, and last but not the least the new office girl with her angel face and sweet fragrance, time just stands still. Unfortunately the world of gaming holds no surprises, its as repetitive as Himesh Reshammiya's music, developers just keep buying bigger engines, but more HDR and repetitive gameplay. To be fair to a few, games like Portal, Little Big Planet, Mario Galaxy, do explore other options and give us good games, but their number is very small.
A few months back, I wrote an article called Upcoming Innovative Games. One of the games mentioned there was Echochrome. I finally had the pleasure of playing the game on the PS3 recently and let me tell you, I was mesmerized. Read on my hands on experience with Echochrome.
