This game is based on "Optical Illusions" a concept most of you may have encountered in irritating emails from your college friends
The Game
As mentioned before the game is fairly simple there are various shadows on the puzzle that you have to collect by walking into them, the trick is that reaching them will require sum intelligence. The game design is that you will need to think a lot, at least in the latter levels. There levels are divided into alphabetical groups starting from A to G, each alphabetical group has about 7 levels each. A is the easiest and the difficulty keeps on increasing as you further down the order.
The game looks simpler than anything you have ever seen before, it has no color, no textures, no advanced graphics at all, it just has two elements called Black and White. The beauty of the game lies not in the graphics but in gameplay and it excels at that. The game makes you think more and think about al the possibilities of using perspective as a tool to solve a puzzle; anything can happen in this game, you make take decision that may surprise you with the result. There are many tricks in the game that you learn as you play it, you can avoid falling into black holes by just rotating the grid and hiding it behind a pillar, and since you cant see it, it doesn't exist in the plane and your character can walk past it, similarly you can fill gaps in between the grid by covering it with a pillar, the game is very mysterious and that's what keeps it interesting.
The game has a really soothing background score with symphony music playing in the background all the time, it gives you a very relaxing feeling and makes you want just sit back, take a can of B***... apple juice *Winks* and play on for hours. The objective is to complete the puzzle as fast as possible, the gameplay time is recorded and can be posted online so that others can compete with you and try to break your record. If you take too much time, the level is over and you lose. The game also comes with a level creator, so you can use your own imagination and create various levels and upload for others to try out. All in all this is a great experience, I played the preview build and will wait for the review copy, before I give you guys a more detailed review of this game.
