you have to visit the dell official website , customize your laptop with the configuration you want and then u'll get the exact price.
And there is no dealer of dell any where, you have to customize your laptop place the order with your contact details and then u will get a call from the sales executive from dell, and u will get the delivery directly from the company.

Where exactly is the Infrared Receiver eye? I don't see it next to the 2 LED's. I'm looking for the IR "eye," which is practically visible on HP Pavilions, next to their earphone inputs...
Also, can someone please verify if I can do Infrared transfers with my Sony Ericsson mobile phone?

Dell should really drop prices on this one. It's a very popular laptop. Reducing prices would sweeten the deal and reduce confusion when considering the competition.

A better option is the Dell inspiron 1520 which has nearly the same tech specs at comes at around Rs. 43K ....around 15-50 K less ...

good looking machine , very unpredictable. I bought two of them same config....one works and the other has all kinds of problems. Dell has no clue. They spend 3 months and made half work. The rest I spent time to get things working
