canon is a cheat conpany. Never buy anything from canon. They possess the poorest after sales service. i know this because it happened to me

Jayesh U r complaining about no fax ! - man if U want fax- then test a Canon all in one with fax like Pixma MX-318.

dearest Vijay Shimla (who normally complains about Indian prices), look at the cost of this MFD and yet it does not have a basic thing like fax. got the point? nothing wrong with the review IMHO

Dear Shri Vijayshimla, Please suggest the best available photo MFD below Rs. 7500=00. Thanks and Regards, PP Chaukimath

How many Techtree members/readers buy or think of buying Rs. 12.5k printer?- guys get REAL- Most Indian homes/home office printer buys are for entry level printers- costing 2- to 3k and lasers costing 5-6k. U should be reviewing these reviews of Pixma 1880 etc are required more than these 12.5k printer reviews. Even more the Indian readers are interested in Printing costs and especially printer cartridge costs & availability of after market ink cartridges- because all the standard printer mfrs cheat us with replacement ctgs.

@Taipan, IMHO there is nothing wrong in Reviewing a mid end printer like the one above. Agreed that ours is a price sensitive market, but we are also one of the largest markets for high end goods. And this is hardly "high end". While I do agree with you that along with the mid end segment, the much popular, entry level segment should be given worthy attention as well.
