The Biostar TA770 A2+ we'll be reviewing today is based on AMD's 770 chipset and is targeted at people who are looking to build a strong 'Spider' platform and not willing to spend a whole lot. Biostar sells this motherboard in two variants, a v5.x and a v6.x. The version that we have is 5.2 and the only difference between the two is that v5.2 carries 7.1 channel audio onboard, where as the v6.x has a 5.1 channel audio system. The rest is exactly the same and is clearly mentioned in the manual.
