It's ridiculously slim and blessed with some new bells and whistles. We take a close look at the 4th generation of the iPod Nano.
Ultra-sleek and Light-weight, Built-in Accelerometer, Good audio and video quality, Decent battery life, Intuitive User Interface, Good data transfer rates.
Drag-n-drop of media not possible, Screen a bit too small for videos, Basic features like FM radio and voice recorder still missing.
Apple is known for its peculiar product-release strategy; they re-fresh most of their product line every year. Typically, a new product would have two to three additional features added to its list. Also, the product's hardware attributes (consider memory in case of media players) would be double than that of the earlier model.
But one thing that never changes is the price; it will always be the same or even get slashed at times. So, at the end Apple can brag about how they are offering you double the 'stuff'; thus making their product seem to be more and more worthy every year.
The previous iPod Nano was a really nice device. It had almost everything going for it in the sub 10k range. Today we have a look at the new Nano and see whether it is able to keep up to our ever-increasing expectations.
rotten apples!thats what they are.i just dont like apple products.only style n looks and low on substance.they are like dumb blondes.beautiful to look at but certainly not for long meaningful relationships.hope u know what i mean

I partially, agree. They are definitely like dumb blondes (low on substance) but not rotten apples. They may make good fashion statement.

1. Nano has FM radio And recorder 2. This is not a phone that the prices will drop! It is only at the press conference apple will wither announce a price drop or new range of iPods 3. So u used XDR's rip for rock on???

the price IS the same!!! compare apples to apples at least.... the price of the 4 GB nano (Gen 3) is about 3k less than that... but 8 Gb is still nearly the samme price.... of course in the us, 8 gig (4G) is the same price as 4 gig (gen 3), our bad luck :(

for all those who think that creating an itunes account is so tedious... i did that in like 15 mints for upgrading my touch to firmware 2.0 and it was easy as it could be... the genius feature is just amazing... but u need to sync it with the itunes to make it start to work... i wish they soon start the genius feature in the older classic model...
