Writing this from UK. Feel sorry for the configuration Acer has provided in India. Picking up the same laptop here with Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 / 2.1 GHz, 800 MHz Bus Speed, 4 GB RAM, 320 HDD and dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 9500M 512 MB Card. Did i miss anything ? No complaints.

3 kgs sounds way too heavy, as far as the costs are concerned i feel way too costly for the specs

we can get hp 9704tx with 250gb HDD 512mb dedicated nidia 8600gt gc,2gb ram in 62990+ taxes so who is going to buy acer?

dell xps 1530 with 2gb ram and 8600gt cost 5100 in india plus taxes... best bet for money.

hmmm this same laptop is available for the same price in Europe but with 4 GB of RAM and with a NVIDIA 9500M GS 512MB.....Don't know why they launched this laptop with On-Board graphics in India.....maybe the government duties are high :|

Ridiculous ! A multimedia laptop with onboard graphics ! A Geforce 8400 GS is a minimum at this price. A Geforce 8600 GT with similar specs would make this a good buy.
