APC's service is really good, always take customer care no. of APC service from ur dealer because u will get 6 onsite free preventive checkups in 2 years from APC. The only company as far as my knowledge which offers onsite 6 free checkups of distilled water, to avail this facility u must install apc home ups complete set & u have to give apc a call in every 4 months.
