The headset is also black, and lets gamers strategize while playing games.

The Xbox 360 Elite's good looks, larger storage space, and premium features will allow our customers in India to enjoy all that the next generation of entertainment has to offer."

dont talk like a fool and criticize the govt for every single thing. the peak duty for electronics is around 15%. even if we take it as 20% and with 4% vat it comes around 24k. 35k mentioned must be MRP, which includes the dealer and distributer margins. Usually they cut the margins once the sales catches up.

matt: sure the ps3 has few blockbuster titles but you have to take into account that the 360 has ayear headstart, and hardware wise, its probably a year or 2 behind the ps3.ive got both, the 360s good for games every now and then but the ps3 gets used for alot more.you said that papa got ripped by sony?what about all the people that bought 360's without hdds?the next wave of games WILL need a hdd according to an article on tomshardware.com. you also dont get hdmi on all but the elite (not avalible most places yet) or a high def drive of any sort. sooo by the time u put a hdd (supplied only by microsoft), a hd dvd drive and then pay for your gold subscription you are then the ones being ripped off. not to mention the 33% hardware failure rate that caused the warranty being extended to 3 years. Faulty games? there was 2 of them, ps1 rips that cos next to nothing and were refunded. give it a year (bout the time xbox had a headstart) and people will be like "xbox what?"

Hey did you not hear there fixin to make the hddvd inside the 360,and no ps3 is not better than xbox 360 look ps3 has no good games maybe 2 but tthats it,the xbox 360 has way more games and there real good, and also Papa so your saying you bought a $600 dollar blu-ray machine when the hddvd is only 179 dollars ha you got riped by sony know didnt you. And you only can get the best online experiance on an xbox 360 with xbox live, look the ps3 online is no good its hard to have any friends on there and also about a week ago they had to refund all the people that bought content off of the market place because it was faulty. The way I see it xbox 360 is way better you india people will have so much fun with it go buy one when it comes out.
