Synthasite, an AJAX-based site editor, has announced the release of its improved Site Builder. The company claims that these improvements will make Web site building easier and quicker than it ever was.

As it is, Synthasite offers free, drag-and-drop Web site building tools which should be helpful to casual Web designers. With this release, Synthasite says that users will have easy access to tools they use most often; they will also have more screen space to work on their site along with being able to quickly navigate between sites and pages. The company says that the Web site will now have quicker access to a user's site after users log in. It will also have the ability to add metadata to user pages. Additionally, Synthasite has updated tutorials with a glossary of terms for use by users.

Also, two new features have been added that include the Google Webmaster configuration meant to provide users with detailed reports about the visibility of their pages on Google; and the Flickr Lightbox Widget meant to provide an intuitive way to display photographs on a user site.
